Class schedule

All classes will be conducted in person, alhamdulillah.

• Weekend School classes will be on Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm:
  • First day of class will be Sunday, Sep 8th, 2024.
• Qur'an Evening School classes will be on weekdays between 5:30 to 7:30pm for an hour:
  • Please pick one time slot. Time slot is not guaranteed, it depends on availability.
  • Time assignment will be announced later insha Allah.
  • First day of class will be Monday, Sep 9th, 2024.
• Qur'an Tahfeez Program classes will be on weekdays between 5:30 to 7:30pm:
  • New Students must be tested before placement.
  • First day of class will be Tuesday Sep 3rd, 2024.

Registration 

Registration for Weekend School, Qur'an Evening and Tahfeez program will run from Aug 18th, 2024 until August 26th, 2024. Registration will close once the spots are full. Please approach Shaikh Abdul Mannan after salah with completed form and payment.

• Class availability is on first come first serve basis.
• Classes will be conducted in-person.
• Fee for Weekend School is $200 per student, for Qur'an Evening School is $200 per student and for Tahfeez is $350 per student( one payment of $200 now and another payment of $150 in Jan 2025)
• Please download the Registration Form, fill out completely and bring it with you for registration. Registration is done in person only, please don’t send the form or fees online.
• If your child is 6 years old or younger, please bring his/her health card too at the time of registration.

MMAC Lifesavers Workshop on Sep 14

Muslim Medical Association of Canada (MMAC), Waterloo Masjid, and the Islamic Centre of Waterloo are teaming up to bring you a hands-on workshop that will introduce you to CPR and essential lifesaving skills!

Whether you're a beginner or just need a refresher, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn how to act quickly and confidently in an emergency.

• The workshop will be hosted in Waterloo Masjid on Sep 14th, 2024 (Saturday).  You can join any of the two alternate sessions: 11am-1pm or 3-5pm.
• You must be registered to attend the workshop.  Spots are limited, so register today at bit.ly/mmacwaterloocpr.
• Registration fee is only $5, which helps MMAC to cover the administrative, equipment supplies and transportation costs.
